Were not happy until you are! And we know how difficult it can be to buy clothes for other people. If you, or the wearer, are not fully satisfied with your purchase, don't like the color, size, fit, etc, you may return it for a merchandise refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Just call our store and request an RMA Number with instructions and enclose it with the item you are returning.

We will only accept new items that have not been worn, laundered or altered.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item had free shipping, actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Please ship the item in a trackable method. We are not responsible for the item until it is received.

All refunds will be processed within (1) business day from receipt of merchandise.

If a mistake was made on our part, i.e. we ship an item, size or quantity other than what was ordered, please call our office to request an Return Service pick up tag and we will correct the mistake free of charge.
